Postage and packing charges for UK orders are usually as follows:

£4.00 Next Working Day

"Next Day" is Mon - Fri, a Post Office decision... and Post Office will not guarantee Saturday Next Day deliveries though usually deliver these (without the guarantee)
THIS SERVICE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY and if you are not in or not paying attention when your postie calls, will not be left with the usual mail, it may need collecting from the local Post Office sorting centre. So "Next Day" can be a great service or a real nuisance for you.

Please note - NEXT WORKING DAY is the delivery time AFTER we have your goods ready for despatch, items may be out of stock or need to be made or adapted first.
It does not mean it will necessarily arrive the following day. Especially if you order after 12.00 noon.
We will try to get your order to the Post Office or TNT carrier in time for despatch that day, but realistically we usually have all packing & shipping completed by 2:00 pm, so need to receive orders by 12:00 noon that day to be sure of despatch. We will include later orders if it is still possible to ship that day.
Also the Post Office will not guarantee Saturday Next Day deliveries.
At busy times or if an item is out of stock we may not be able to despatch in our usual swift manner. We will notify you of any delays. We will need your confirmation if you still want and are willing to pay for next day or other special services.

All Overseas International Deliveries, including Northern Ireland, Eire and Channel Islands are charged at cost, + £2.50 for administration.
Orders we can’t post for Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, IOM and a few other remote locations may require a special carrier surcharge. Please ask.

We regret that postage and packing charges are direct costs and cannot be refunded. (Unless of course it is us who have blundered!)

It’s in the Bag! ..... We recognise that many customers may be out when their parcel arrives. We try to pack in soft poly envelopes where possible simply to allow the delivery to go through the letterbox. Where this is not likely to be possible, please advise where the delivery can be left if you are out. Most carriers require a signature upon delivery so will leave a contact card if no one is available.
