Lightweight professional mat allows conditioning unfolds to provide a warm comfortable surface.
It protects the carpet or floor whist looking after you too.
The 3 sections fold up into a single square for sorage.
Being a lightweight design it is not intended for heavy use by groups, for diving & rolling on or to replace a proper protective floor surface.
500mm wide and each section is 500mm long. So 1500mm (1.5 metres) long opened flat. 8mm thick. Suited to non impact exercises.
